We are second time home builders and after building with a project builder the first time around, we were disappointed with our experience and final product.
We learned quite a lot from our first building experience and from the beginning the Local Build team made us feel comfortable and at ease with our new building process.

Building our first ever home with Local Build 2 years ago was the most amazing experience that we had ever encountered.
The support and customer service that we received was professional and tailored to suit our personal choices without any problems. Regular visits to the building site was always encouraged, so that we could see the development of our build.

Local Build have recently gone through changes to their showroom display area, with a lot more colour & material selections. Working with Danny the sales consultant, has supported us through many details of our build, allowing us to walk through our new home with the help of 3D visual effects, so not only are we making our choices, but we get to see what they look like straight away.
